We begin with carefully selected cotton and linen fibers, chosen for comfort, breathability, and strength. These fibers are spun into uniform yarn to ensure fabric consistency and print clarity.
Fabric Weaving on Precision Looms
The yarn is woven into fabric where warp and weft yarns interlace to create the desired texture, weight, and durability.
Grey Fabric Inspection & Quality Control
After weaving, the fabric is inspected for defects, GSM consistency, and surface quality. Only approved fabric proceeds to processing.
Fabric Pre-Treatment and Neutral Base Dyeing
The fabric is cleaned, stabilized, and, where required, dyed in neutral base tones to prepare it for placement printing.
Placement Printing Using Screen Printing
Digital Artwork Creation & Placement Engineering
Designs are developed digitally and engineered for precise placement on garment panels.
Screen Making, Exposure and Washout
Screens coated with photosensitive emulsion are exposed with the design and washed so only the print areas remain open.
Screen Drying, Curing and Print Registration
Screens are heat-cured and aligned carefully to ensure accurate design placement during printing.
Pantone Shade Matching and Screen Printing
Color experts manually match Pantone shades for each fabric type before printing. The design is then printed and heat-fixed for durability.
Garment Manufacturing Process
Fabric Relaxation Before Cutting
Fabric is rested to release tension and prevent shrinkage or distortion.
Pattern Making, Marker Planning and Fabric Cutting
Patterns are developed, arranged efficiently, and fabric is cut into garment panels.
Garment Stitching, Pressing and Final Packing
Panels are stitched, garments are pressed, quality-checked, and packed for delivery.
